Co-Nanomet

Successful nanotechnology requires leading nanometrology capability to support its effective development and implementation. This series of workshops, provided by the Co-Nanomet European programme, addresses current challenges and opportunities within key nanometrology thematic areas.

Workshops address: i) measurement technologies ii) instrumentation iii) standardisation requirements iv) traceability and equivalence v) development and implementation of tools for the assurance of measurement quality
